User agreement and payment terms

1. Service and agreement

GVE.FARM (https://gve.farm) is the Good Vs Evil browser game about faction conflict. Basic access is free. These terms cover the website, game account and additional game features.

Registering an account or signing in to the game accepts the terms of use. Paid content is ordered at your initiative: check the account, Talon quantity, final amount and payment partner's terms before paying. Opening the website alone is not an order and creates no payment obligation.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information where needed for payment, receipts or account recovery. Keep passwords and recovery codes private. Do not disclose personal information in character names or public messages.

Minors must act within their legal capacity. A legal representative's consent is required wherever the law requires it, including for payments.

3. Talons and optional features

Talons are internal GVE.FARM game units. They are not a monetary deposit, electronic money or a payment method outside the game. Game balances have no cash withdrawal or exchange feature. This does not restrict refunds required by law.

Talon balances and premium services are shared by the account and its characters. Each feature's scope, price and duration are shown before purchase. See Talons & payments for checkout details.

4. Rules and game changes

Current game rules and the moderation log are linked below. Hacking, fraud, exploiting bugs and violating others' rights are prohibited. Payments do not exempt you from the rules; restrictions may be appealed through support.

Updates, balance adjustments and maintenance interruptions are possible as the game develops. Material changes are announced on the website. Revised terms do not cancel existing paid-order obligations or mandatory user rights.

5. Support and liability

Contact support through https://gve.farm/account/ or the operator's contact details above for access, payment and moderation issues. For payment inquiries include your account login, date, amount and order ID. Never send passwords or full card details.

Liability is governed by applicable Russian law. These terms do not remove mandatory operator liability, access to courts or public authorities, or consumer protections. Refund requests are assessed on their facts, the order terms and the law.

6. Personal data

Data processing is explained in a separate privacy policy. Information needed to perform this agreement or meet legal duties is processed on the corresponding legal grounds. Where a specific purpose requires consent, it must be given separately. Accepting this agreement or viewing a page does not replace that consent.
