1. A separate choice
This document sets the terms of separate voluntary consent to the GVE.FARM operator identified above. Browsing, registering, signing in and accepting the user agreement do not by themselves grant this consent.
Where a feature requires consent, it must be provided by a separate affirmative action identifying its purpose and document version, or by a separate request to the operator. This page does not collect consent automatically. Processing necessary for a contract or legal duty has separate grounds described in the privacy policy.
2. Purpose and information
For additional information voluntarily submitted to support and not needed to perform the agreement, consent covers responding to that specific inquiry: account login or character name, reply contact details, message and attachments relevant to the inquiry. Do not submit biometric, health or other special-category data.
Permitted operations are collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, retrieval, use to respond, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated or manual means. Recipients are limited to necessary providers described in the privacy policy.
3. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the inquiry's purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless a different period is specified when separately granting it. To withdraw, contact the operator with your account login, reply contact and the consent you wish to withdraw.
Processing based on consent ends within the statutory period after withdrawal. Information may be retained on another lawful ground, for example to fulfil obligations or resolve a payment dispute.
4. Marketing and public disclosure
This is not consent to marketing emails, public disclosure of personal details or unrestricted use of information. Separate consent is obtained for those purposes where required. Web Push is optional and can be disabled in browser settings.
