Personal data processing policy

1. Scope and operator

This policy describes processing on https://gve.farm, in GVE.FARM and the account cabinet. Operator details appear above. The policy takes Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on personal data into account.

2. Data and purposes

Account and gameplay: login, protected password hash, account and character IDs, progress, items and transactions, used to register, sign in, save gameplay and perform the agreement.

Recovery and support: email, linked Telegram details, support messages and files you submit, used for your selected account protection method, recovery and responses.

Payments: order and transaction IDs, amount, currency, payment and refund status, Talon credits and spending, and receipt information, used to fulfil orders, maintain records and resolve disputes. Full card details and CVC/CVV are entered with the payment partner and are not requested by GVE.FARM support.

Security: IP address, login times and history, browser and device information, sessions, game events, restrictions and blocking technical error reports, used to protect accounts and investigate failures and abuse. If you enable Web Push, subscription endpoints and delivery keys are also processed.

3. Grounds and operations

Legal grounds depend on the purpose: performing the agreement and orders, meeting legal obligations, protecting legitimate interests and security while respecting user rights, or separate consent where required. This policy is not consent and does not create consent by itself.

Automated systems and authorized staff may collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, correct, retrieve, use, disclose as needed, restrict, delete and destroy information.

4. Recipients and public information

Necessary information may be processed by hosting and content-delivery providers, payment partner Richman and its payment provider, the transactional email service, and, where enabled, Telegram and browser Push providers. Payment partners also apply their own policies. Public authorities receive information where legally required.

Character names, game results and sanctions appear in public game sections, rankings and the moderation log. Use a pseudonym without your real name, phone number or other personal details. Private account information, email, IP addresses and payment details are not intended for publication.

5. Infrastructure location

GVE.FARM's current game infrastructure is located in the Netherlands. Payment, email, CDN and Push providers may use their own infrastructure and processing routes. This policy does not state that all data is stored in Russia.

Russian data localization and cross-border transfer requirements apply independently of this page. User consent does not replace mandatory legal obligations.

6. Retention and protection

Account and progress data is retained while you use the service. Transaction, support and security records are retained as needed for their purpose, legal obligations, disputes and statutory retention periods. Stopping play does not automatically delete your account.

When the purpose and legal basis cease, information must be deleted or anonymized in accordance with law. Measures include HTTPS, password hashing, restricted access and backups; public sections should not disclose private account details.

7. Your rights

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion where legally justified, withdraw consent and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Contact the operator or support at https://gve.farm/account/. Proof of account ownership may be needed to protect your account.

Withdrawing consent ends processing based on that consent, but does not remove other legal grounds for payment records, obligations or protection of rights. Statutory response periods apply. Never submit passwords, CVC/CVV or unnecessary documents.
